Use Case Description
This campaign will be used by to communicate with individuals who have requested information or services and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS messages through the company’s website.
Messages sent under this campaign are based on the specific consent selected by the end user and may include:
- Non-marketing / transactional messages, such as appointment reminders, confirmations, follow-ups, service updates, and account-related notifications
- Marketing messages, such as promotional offers, insurance-related information, and service-related marketing communications
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. End users may reply HELP to for assistance or STOP to at any time to opt out. Messages cease immediately upon opt-out.
Opt-in consent is collected via a web form with optional, unchecked consent checkboxes. Opt-in information is not shared, sold, or distributed to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

How do lead/contacts consent to receive messages?
Message Flow (Website Opt-In):
End users opt-in by visiting - /contact-me and filling in their details on the web form.
The form includes two separate, unchecked, optional consent checkboxes (not pre-selected and not required to submit). End users provide explicit consent by selecting either or both of the following:
1. Marketing SMS Consent (Optional Checkbox)
“I consent to receive marketing text messages from at the phone number provided. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance and STOP to unsubscribe at any time.”
2. Non-Marketing / Transactional SMS Consent (Optional Checkbox)
“I consent to receive non-marketing text messages from , including appointment reminders, account notifications, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply.”
